Developer DAMAC Properties will use Cityscape Jeddah to showcase DAMAC Tower in Beirut and Al Jawharah Tower on the Jeddah Corniche, as well as other luxury projects.
At 48 storeys, Al Jawharah will be one of the tallest towers in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia. Construction has reached the second podium level.
“The height and unique architectural design of Al Jawharah make it an iconic project for the Jeddah Corniche. The design incorporates a series of aluminium composite panels for privacy which contribute to the spectacular aesthetic appearance of the exterior, by creating shining, silver ‘fins’,” commented Niall Mc Loughlin, senior vice president of DAMAC Properties.
Also on display will be the 28-storey DAMAC Tower in the Solidaire area of Beirut, the first exclusive VERSACE Home branded residential tower in the region. Enabling works are complete and main construction should commence this summer.
The DAMAC Properties’ stand at Cityscape will also showcase the developer’s premium projects across the region such as Dubai’s Park Towers, which is nearing completion.
DAMAC Properties has currently delivered 28 buildings, comprising 6,045 units, and is set to complete a further eight buildings, comprising 1,329 units, by the end of the year.
Cityscape Jeddah will be held at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events from 11th to 13th of June.
