Pictures: UAE University in Al Ain

These stunning shots were taken during Middle East Architect’s recent tour of the new campus for UAE University, Al Ain.

With a total area of around 360,000m2, the new campus was designed by Cox Architecture and Woods Bagot for Mubadala.

The gender segregated campus will welcome male students in September 2012, and will cater for 17,000 students at full capacity.

    These photos are spectacular, but the best view is driving past it every day from Al Ain to Abu Dhabi. Stunning and a credit to the architects ! Better in ‘real life’……………
