Mona Salem

RW Armstrong’s Mona Salem picked up the award for MENA Best Woman in the Corporate Sector from job search engine AmCham.

The MENA Women Awards recognise individuals in the non-profit and corporate sectors, with the inaugural awards taking place on 10th May in Tunis.

Salem, vice president and head of MENA operations, said: “I am truly honoured to receive this award and am very proud to be recognised among such an outstanding group of nominees.

“The award belongs to my family and team and confirms RW Armstrong’s commitment to valuing its people and encouraging greatness in the workplace.”

In 2011, Salem was ranked number 34 in Construction Week’s Power 100, a collection of the most influential people in the GCC construction industry.

RW Armstrong ranked number nine in last year’s Power 25 by Middle East Architect, a compilation of the largest architecture firms in the GCC.
