In Pictures: Foster’s Jordan airport

Foster + Partners has shared images of its newly opened airport, Queen Alia International in Amman, Jordan.

The tessellated roof canopy comprises a series of shallow concrete domes, which extend to shade the facades – each dome provided a modular unit for construction.
