Royal Philips Electronics brought its show ‘Transitions: Light on the move’ to Dubai World Trade Center this month.
The event featured exhibits from six architects and lighting designers, who were invited to design the interior of a full sized 60-feet container using Philips’ latest lighting solutions, expressing their imaginative visions for the future of light while using the containers as their exposition space.
Exhibiting their Lighting designs and themes were: Winy Maas – Hammock; Fabio Novembre – Post digital; Lichtkunstlicht – 4 spheres; Henning Larsen Architects – I see what eye see; BDP – Life Cycle and Treush architects – Human Battery Charger.
