Set for completion in 2016, a new collection of opulent homes known as Seventh Heaven exhibits layered architectural styling in a plush environment.
Designed by Hong-Kong based 10 Design, Seventh Heaven will include a total of 157 homes that range from one-bedroom to four.
Mohammed Zaal, CEO of Al Barari, said: “Seventh Heaven is a continuation of the Al Barari vision to create a community set in the natural environment.
“The design of each home has been carefully constructed so that you are always visually connected to the landscape, whether it be at garden or tree line level.”
Seventh Heaven’s architectural design features stepped levels and narrows in toward the top of the building, while its natural colour and material palettes connect the space to its surrounding green and desert landscapes.
Environmentally friendly, the development allows for increased airflow throughout, vertical gardens in the lobby and structural shading that ensures homes enjoy natural light while not being overly exposed to the sun.
The Seventh Heaven project will also include a six-star hotel, a floating market, restaurants, as well as a space for creative types involved in fashion, art and design.
