APID and BIID form dual membership agreement

APID (Association of Professional Interior Designers) and the British Institute of Interior Design have come to an agreement whereby its members are eligible for membership in BIID.

“APID and BIID have come to agreement on International Dual Membership,” said Vinod Thomas, APID.

“BIID is one of the most respected ID Associations in the world having been formed in 1966 and granted “Institute” status in 2009.

“Under the current agreement APID and BIID professional members are eligible for mutual membership. The respective application forms need to be filled with required documentation. APID members will not need to travel to the UK for the personal test and interview. Both membership fees also have to be paid.

“APID is a young body and this tie up raises the profile of the association and its members.”

APID Professional Members whose membership is currently active can apply.
