The next in a series of BIM Breakfasts is set for Tuesday September 16 at Dubai’s Ritz Carlton hotel and is set to build on the analysis and panel discussions of the first event in June.
At the inaugural event the first address came from Professor Mohammed Dulaimi an expert in project management and innovation who lectures at the British University in Dubai.
He said: “BIM has been around for a few years now and it can certainly deliver better solutions. We need to share knowledge of how best to use it as a community”
Dulaimi said the first BIM Breakfast was an ideal opportunity to exchange information and ideas.
“It was very beneficial,” he said. “It had the right mix of people and was a way to open minds. People were thinking – it gave me some ideas as well. It will help professionals to perform more effectively and deliver better projects.”
