Art Deco designs for Dubai luxury development


Emaar Properties has launched its latest luxury residential development, BLVD Crescent, Dubai, which features Art Deco designs, after holding simultaneous events across the Middle East and Asia.

The 300-unit property, located on downtown Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashied Boulevard, was unveiled in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Shanghai, although sales prices have not been disclosed.

Emaar’s project consist of  two towers with 39 and 21 storeys that offer views of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain and the under-development Opera District.


“Downtown Dubai is already home to some of the world’s most spectacularly designed residences and commercial towers, and ‘BLVD Crescent’ will raise the benchmark on design, architecture, and engineering,” said Ahmad Al Matrooshi, properties managing director.

The development features New York-style Art Deco interiors and include retail stores, landscaped open spaces with waterways, an outdoor lounge for families, children’s play areas, events and fitness facilities and an infinity pool.
