Design-forward bus terminal revealed in Turkey

Bahadir Kul Architects have revealed a new bus terminal located in the Turkish district of Kayseri.

In response to the increased traffic and access difficulty for transportation vehicles to the city centre, the new buss terminal now provides public service to those in the western district.

The building is formed around a continuous stone clad wall that creates a stretched Z-form, while glass curtain walls separate two foyer areas inside. The exterior displays large, red angled columns that pierce the roof.
