Draw Link Group, headed by Daousser Chennoufi has announced its plan to expand throughout the UAE and Tunisia.
With a continuous demand in hospitality projects in the region and with the upcoming Expo2020 in Dubai, the firm is currently wondering on a number of projects in the city, including the execution of the Rosemont Hotel and Residence, as well as being involved in the concept and planning of its new brand Sky Lobby, Sky Pool and Artificial Beach. Drawlink is also creating the world’s first indoor rain forest.
Recently it has also added the design and execution of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel to its portfolio. The hotel will be located in Business Bay, Dubai.
Additionally, the firm is also strengthening its presence in Tunisia with a number of projects that are currently under construction including Radisson Beach & Resort & Spa, Radisson Blu, Sky Gardens Residences, Babylone Gardens Residences (pictured), La Brise de Gammarth Residence and The Hilton Djerba. All the above-mentioned projects are planned for completion by 2018.
Drawlink has also signed a partnership with Chinese supplier Novasurface who work with materials such as quartz as well as other solid surface materials.
