Emaar Hospitality announces fashion-inspired two-tower Vida Dubai Mall hotel

A two-tower development will make up the new Vida Dubai Mall hotel by Emaar Hospitality Group, which will be linked directly to The Dubai Mall with direct views of Burj Khalifa.

The towers will be linked by a seven-storey podium including a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, as well as retail and leisure attractions.

The podium-level amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing deck, kids club, yoga deck and events spaces, which overlook Adrian Smith-designed Burj Khalifa.

The design is planned to be “elegant and simple”, celebrating fashion craftsmanship through vibrant seating areas and fashion-savvy artworks. The interiors have also been designed to maximise views and filter in natural light.

The hotel will include 195 rooms and 614 services residences, under Vida Residences Dubai Mall. The hotel and 380 serviced residences form part of a 55-storey tower, while the rest of the serviced residences are located in a second tower, 38 storeys high.

Vida Dubai Mall marks the tenth upcoming hotel project – in the UAE and international markets – by Vida Hotels and Resorts, targeting a new generation of business executives, entrepreneurs and leisure travellers.
