Emaar has announced the launch of a new 66-storey residential tower in Downtown Dubai.
The Opera Grand building will overlook the new Dubai Opera district containing a new 2,000-seat Opera House, as well as the Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa, the developer said.
It will contain more than 200 apartments and will have a retail podium connected by an overhead link bridge offering views over Burj Park. It will also have a rooftop swimming pool and health club.
Arif Amiri, chief commercial officer of Emaar Properties, said: “There are several distinguishing features that make Opera Grand a fantastic lifestyle choice for cultural enthusiasts and connoisseurs who value the finer aspects of life.
“From design aesthetics to an unbeatable location overlooking Dubai Opera, all apartments are defined by careful attention to details with superior finishes, exemplary décor and a range of amenities including the rooftop swimming pool.”
Emaar has said that it will begin pre-registration for sales of the properties on Wednesday and will then sell the units on Saturday simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and in Singapore.
