UAE developer Emaar has launched a new style of villa at its Arabian Ranches development in Dubai.
The Casa range will feature six different types of three- and four-bed villas as an extension of the gated Arabian Ranches scheme.
The extension will also include a new health club, recreation centre and a number of new food and beverage outlets.
A large landscaped park is also being included alongside a retail and community village centre, a health and fitness club, mosque, schools and a day care centre.
The extension to Arabian Ranches is the third real estate development launched by Emaar this year.
Emaar Properties’ managing director, Ahmad Al Matrooshi, said: “This has been a historic year for Emaar, as we reiterate our credentials in developing world-class real estate assets in Dubai, our home-market.
“The further enhancement of Arabian Ranches reflects our growth strategy to develop residential projects that add value to our stakeholders. It will lend further impetus to Dubai’s real estate sector and will be developed to the highest world-class standards that define Emaar’s master planned communities.”
On Sunday, contractor Arabtec announced that it had been awarded a $29.1m contract by Emaar to build 33 new villas and 62 townhouses at Arabian Ranches.
