Finasi celebrates expansion of Middle East operations with contemporary new division
UAE: Milan- headquartered interiors and fit-out company, Finasi, has announced the expansion of its Middle East operations with the launch of its new office division, Finasi Office & Contracts based in Dubai.
“We decided to expand our business by creating a new interiors division after a 14 month test phase during which we executed some sizeable projects in the region,” the general manager of Finasi, Matteo Pellegrini explained.
He added: “As part of the overall strategy, we have significantly expanded our furniture portfolio to provide a more extensive choice and better value to meet all budgets and requirements.”
A complete range of interior services have also been introduced, ranging from space planning through to office fit out with the addition of furnishing brands available exclusively through the new division including Citterio, Unifor, Sagsa, Emmegi and Skema.
Expanding its presence in the Middle East, Finasi also established through its soon-to-open, nearly 230m2 showroom located in the newly built Daman building in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
“A distinct arrival reinforces brand identity through the entry and reception on the perimeter and leads guests with unobstructed views of DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Khalifa and beyond,” described Pellegrini.
He added that the intention of the showroom is to offer visitors an interestingly varied tour of Finasi whilst creating a space with an unmistakable identity.
“It is a key milestone for Finasi—one which is a testament to our ongoing growth in the market,” Pellegrini said. “The showroom is designed to mimic a real office environment because of the nature of the Finasi product line.”
With the new division already bringing in a series of prestigious projects, the company’s most recent project includes the Mina Al Arab development in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Capturing the magic of beachfront living in a community resort, the villas, townhouses and apartments in Mina Al Arab are available in a variety of styles, sizes and locations, all offering scenic views of either the sea or natural lagoons.
“Finasi’s scope of work covers the entire interior design of three buildings managed by Global Hotel Management (GHM),” explained Pellegrini.
The mood of the interior reflects a contemporary identity whilst taking into consideration the nature of the Gulf and the spirit of Ras Al Khaimah. The look is completed by furnishing Italian brand Colombini Casa, who based the interior furniture on natural, eco—friendly products.
