A strikingly futuristic design for an art museum in Buenos Aires, Argentina has been drawn up by Houston-based firm MA2 Architectural Design.
The competition for the Contemporary Art Museum was launched by international architectural competition organiser [AC-CA], with the aim of generating progressive design ideas.
There are no plans to build the museum at present.
Located along the riverbank of the Río de la Plata, MA2’s museum design contains five levels of exhibition space.
The complex geometries of the external facade would be clad in various sized of polished and honed glass stone or ceramic panels, contrasted with black hairline stainless steel.
