Greenline Interiors (GLI), a part of the Greenline Group, has announced a further move into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with four projects.
With the planned opening of Greenline Interior’s first office in Riyadh soon, the UAE-based company is set to establish a foothold in the Saudi market.
“Our company has a proven track record in terms of high quality craftsmanship, a large regional portfolio of projects and a skilled and experienced workforce, which is highly valued by clients in the Kingdom,” said Samir Badro, chairman and CEO, Greenline Interiors.
“The potential of the Saudi market is immense given its size and the speed at which development is currently taking place,” he added.
GLI was responsible for the fit-out of 2 large theatres at the newly built Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University, which is the world’s largest campus covering an area of over 8 million square metres.
The first theatre has already been delivered and hosted the inauguration ceremony of the university on May 15, 2011.
Greenline Interiors also acquired the contracts to fit-out four of Yamama Family Villas, the royal cluster of villas facing the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh. Also in Riyadh, GLI was awarded the fit-out works contract of the royal family’s Rawda Palace.
In the hotel market GLI signed a contract to fulfil the execution of the fit-out works of the 23000-square-meter King Abdullah International Conference Hotel II. The contract includes work on the presidential and junior suites.
