Indigo Living unveils catwalk-inspired Spring collection

Indigo Living unveiled its Spring collection at an exclusive preview in its flagship showroom in Dubai on the 28th of February.

Inspired by the whiteness of Spring/Summer 2013 catwalks, managing director, John Mclennan commented that interior design and fashion are starting to overlap.

“Fashion and home furniture are becoming closer and closer together, merging the runway and the home,” he said.

He added that the spring season made a great impact on the collection, reflecting freshness, optimism and an uplift to the year.

When designing a lot of the new collection, Mclennan explained that he used a white neutral base, and then started accenting.

In terms of collections, the Milan Collection draws inspiration from the loft-look, focusing on clean contemporary design, while the Lille Collection is influenced by traditional Asian design, fusing East and West featuring traditional leg shapes of a Chinese cabinet updated in bright, white finish.
