The 21-storey project features 140 apartments with retail outlets on the ground floor. Wrapping the building from the podium level upwards is an outdoor space that includes a ‘healing garden’, pools and ‘reflection fountain’. The wrap feature also incorporates an outdoor theatre and picnic area.

The project’s indoor amenities include a gym, community centre and yoga grounds.

“RAW-NYC’s design is a unique response to the site challenges, budget and the [client’s] targeted market of affordable luxury,” said Ani. “[It] guarantees a great return for investors. The current financial projection is at 8.3 percent annually, with building design efficiency at 87 percent.”

The final concept design was presented on November 20th, 2017.
