Wilson Associates, the US-based global interior architectural design firm, has appointed Isabel Pintado as managing director for its Middle East and Africa regional office in Dubai.
“Isabel is recognised in the market for excellence in design, characterised as a visionary, strategist and tactician, progressively managing the business expansion. With 20 years in the industry, and over a decade working in the Middle East, she is familiar with our craft and brand, but also the region’s culture and business landscape,” said a release by Wilson Associates.
Pintado has taken over the reins from Firas Alsalih, who helped establish the Dubai office, and is set to grow the Dubai office’ design capabilities and helping grow the firm’s Middle East presence.
She joined Godwin Austen Johnson (GAJ) in 2005, where she helped in setting up its interior design department. After seven years, she made the move to LW Design in 2012.
