International architecture, planning, engineering, interior design and programme management firm Leo A Daly has taken on Mahdi Mansour as regional director MENA.
Mansour will develop new relationships as well as managing existing clients, identify project opportunities, and coordinate the firm’s contracts in the region.

A civil engineer by profession, Mansour has more than 27 years of experience in both the private and public sectors in the US and abroad.
He joins the firm from Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council, where he was the construction and projects manager responsible for directing several large-scale projects, including the master planning, design, construction and delivery of more than 14,000 Emirati homes and related infrastructure and community facilities.
He was previously a senior transportation engineer for the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning in Doha, Qatar.
Leo A Daly has been working in the Middle East for more than 45 years. In addition to Abu Dhabi, it has offices in Beijing; Hong Kong; Benghazi, Libya; Istanbul, Turkey; Moscow, Russia; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; and Tripoli, Libya.
