An English Premier League football club is looking to brighten its facilities up with street art.

After being inspired by the artwork which decorates an inner city gym in the US city of Philadelphia, Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew (pictured) is looking for a London street artist to transform the training ground gym by using graffiti.

Pardew said he is looking for designs that showcase the south London skyline including the original Crystal Palace which housed the Great Exhibition in 1851 and the local radio tower.

Designs must be submitted by August 5 and Pardew will choose the winner. Contestants should email ideas to communications@cpfc.co.uk.
