Mumbai masterplan project handed to Aedas

Aedas Mumbai

A 1.1 million m2 masterplanning project in Mumbai was picked up by Aedas, ahead of competition rivals HOK and Gensler.

The mixed-use 27 hectare scheme in Kanjur Marg will include homes, offices, restaurants and shops.

It aims to create a ‘walkable’ community between Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and the planned Navi Mumbai International Airport.

A ‘green spine’ will be used to link urban spaces within the masterplan.
