Architects and design firms from the USA, Lebanon and Japan are joining forces with developer Omniyat and construction company Drake & Scull International to build a residential tower at the entrance to the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
Set to make its debut at the forthcoming Cityscape Global 2014, One at Palm Jumeirah, will be designed by architects Soma from New York, interiors company Super Potato from Japan and landscape designers Vladimir from Lebanon.

SOMA is a New York-based firm of architects with expertise in refurbishment and sustainability, mainly in New York, Dubai, Qatar and Lebanon.
Japanese design firm Super Potato is known for its interiors of restaurants, shops and hotels, while Vladimir Djurovic Landscape Architecture uses natural formations to enhance an overall project.
