Filipino architects and engineers working in Saudi Arabia have been praised by their host country’s council of engineers for their professionalism and work ethic.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) secretary-general Ghazi Al-Abassi said the country’s design professionals update themselves on latest developments in their profession.
“They hold seminars and conventions monthly, which makes them more effective in their participation in the Kingdom’s development,” said Al-Abassi.
He also said he wishes the number of Filipino engineers and architects would further increase. At present there are there are 16,297 Filipino engineers and architects registered with the SCE.
