Severin opens Dubai office to coincide with revamp

German-based company, Severin, which distributes domestic appliances, has opened a Dubai office and unveiled a new brand identity under the banner ‘Welcome Home’.

Eric Berchtold, area director, Middle East and Africa, Severin said the new look and messaging is being rolled-out worldwide, with the UAE earmarked as one of the first markets to start using its service.

“The UAE has been selected as a first-stage adopter of the revamped brand and we have started the implementation across all divisions. The identity is a part of Severin’s vision to reinforce its global market position and to grow market share in small home appliances,” he said.

Severin has been manufacturing small domestic appliances that are lifestyle-relevant, for more than 60 years including coffee machines, BBQ equipment, water filters, kitchen utensils, toasters, kettles and juice makers.

It has reinforced its regional presence opening a Dubai office in Jebel Ali and is looking to expand its distribution partners.
