Architect firm Broadway Malyan has designed The Boutiq, a residential scheme in Singapore, which has opened to residents.
The project features two 10-storey blocks and provides 130 one and two-bedroom apartment units and one to three-bedroom penthouses.
It offers residents a complex sky gardens, each serving a different function and offering recreational facilities, including a swimming pool, a fitness suite and a bar, with the development set in landscaped grounds.
The spaces punctuate every floor and provide a multi-level forum for residents to relax, play and interact, while also affording spectacular views across Singapore.
Singapore-based director Ian Simpson said: “Our expert design team has partnered with the client to deliver an exquisite residential development that offers residents a restful sanctuary from the bustle of the city.”
