Developer Tameer has announced the completion of the superstructure on its 91-storey Elite Residence project in Dubai Marina, valued at AED1.7bn (US$463m).
With construction reaching the final floor, the superstructure now soars to a height of 355m. The final height will be 381m and construction is on track to be finished later this year.
Elite Residence has consumed 85,000 cubic metres of concrete and 21,000 tonnes of steel. Construction during its peak progressed at a speed of up to six floors per month on typical floors.
The project provides a total of 697 apartments capable of housing 1,500 residents, with mixture of apartments and penthouses.
