Australian design studio Thoughtspace has designed the interiors of the BBC Worldwide’s office in Sydney.
The design firm took two geographically separate BBC Worldwide offices and created a 2000m² workplace in Macquarie Park. Eden Park Drive media precinct was the perfect fit for the global media organisation according to homeinteriors.net
Its new headquarters boasts a large open plan space including working lounges and alternative activity based areas.
The BBC wanted to incorporate an element of fun into the design as well as including all the functional aspects of a commercial setting.
It has front of house facilities, state of the art media and AV divisions, meeting rooms with a quirky theme, creative work rooms and a meeting hub with a dynamic workplace environment.
The architects on the project worked closely with the marketing and communications team to develop a design for the new facilities.
