TWG tea salon opens with signature design

The first TWG Tea salon and boutique in Dubai has opened with a luxurious interior design.

The standalone tea salon and boutique in Dubai Mall spans 1,600 square feet, featuring hand-crafted glass walls, bronze fittings, Italian marble floors and crystal lamps.

The 28-seat venue features TWG Tea’s signature rattan-backed black velvet chairs and crisp white table linens, meant to signify Singapore’s early days as a trading port.

It also hosts a hard wood mahogany tea counter and brass weighing scales. Tea walls with signature yellow artisan tea tins offer over 450 fine harvests and blends in the world.

Elegant tea tins, a myriad of hand-blown glass, porcelain, stoneware and cast iron teapots, fine bone china teacups, saucers, creamers and sugar bowls, as well as tea filters and tea scoops of all varieties can be found in the accessory collection.

This outlet marks the fourth branch after its headquarters in Singapore, and openings in IFC Mall, HongKong, and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

“We are very happy to announce our foray into the United Arab Emirates, with an amazing location at the illustrious Dubai Mall,” said Taha Bouqdib, president of TWG Tea.
