A $650m mixed-use scheme featuring two 46-storey high towers, designed by Broadway Malyan, is underway in Seyrantepe, Turkey.
Launched by Turkish developer Eroğlu Property at property event MIPIM in Cannes, France, the 525,000m2 scheme will feature residential and office towers, a five-star hotel, shopping centre and public piazza.
Following an international design competition in 2011, Broadway Malyan completed the concept and schematic design for the project, located adjacent to the Turkish Telecom Arena.
It is due to complete the detailed design in mid-2012, with work underway on site.
Nurettin Eroğlu, chairman of Eroğlu Property, said: “We have invested $650 million in this world-class project, and are pleased to debut the scheme on the international stage for the first time and believe it will become a major new landmark in Istanbul.”
