Architecture and design firm Woods Bagot was a winner at the World Knowledge Forum in Seoul, South Korea, as a 2012 Asian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE).
The firm was recognised for its enterprise-wide collaborative knowledge sharing and is the only architecture practice acknowledged in the awards. It has now won a MAKE award for the fourth time.
Ross Donaldson, Woods Bagot group managing director, said: “Our knowledge capability is at the forefront of our business and is used to inform all our design projects. To be recognised for our knowledge management and research initiatives is incredibly rewarding.”
“Our commitment to research was initially based on seed capital for research projects; however over the years this has evolved into a comprehensive design, client focused and cultural philosophy that is at the forefront of our next generation global studio vision,” he continued.
Woods Bagot has a large Middle East operation, with many flagship projects in the region including the Qatar Park of Science and Technology (pictured).
